Split Console

Split Console Systems for Residential and Commercial Cooling & Heating Systems

No obligation free on-site advice on new equipment. Air conditioning solutions are many and varied, and differ according to the site, location of unit, and preferences of the buyer. Basically, units are divided into the following categories:

HIGH WALL CONSOLE SPLIT SYSTEMS

This type has the fastest growing market in single area air conditioning due to its quiet operation, installation, flexibility and efficiency. Generally installed at approximately 1800-2000 mm from the floor level, this type has excellent, unobtrusive air delivery at very low noise levels. Connected to an outside section which can be at ground level or on a wall/roof bracket the complete system is sophisticated but simple for any user to operate.

Available in cooling only or reverse cycle heat. 2.0kW to 10.0kW rated capacities available in inverter models.

MULTI HEAD INVERTER SPLIT SYSTEMS

Inverter technology has revolutionised home air conditioning, delivering up to 50 per cent more power while using up to 30 per cent less energy over conventional systems. The energy efficiencies in Inverter air conditioners are delivered through the system’s ‘intelligence’, automatically adjusting power levels to quickly reach the desired room temperature which has been pre-set, or selected by remote control. Its increased power on start-up means the Inverter reaches the desired temperature in two thirds of the time of conventional air conditioners.

Also available- Twin Head, Three Head, Four Head, Seven Head & Nine Head multiple Room Split Systems with one outdoor ‘Inverter’unit giving total individual control and operational flexibility – Available with a mix of indoor sections i.e High Wall Consoles, Underceiling /Floor Consoles, Cassette and Concealed Ducted Units.

LOW WALL / FLOOR STANDING CONSOLE SPLIT SYSTEMS

The first popular residential split system this model either stands on the floor against the wall or is fixed on the wall above the skirting board. Very quiet operation and attractive styling make this type very popular still. Coupled to an outside section, generally located behind the console makes for a simple and low cost installation.

Available in reverse cycle heat. 2.5kW to 7.1kW rated capacities available.

DESIGNER CONSOLE SPLIT SYSTEMS

Looking for an air conditioner with an appearance different to the ‘norm’? Designed to be either a ‘fashion statement’ or to ‘blend in’ to the room, there is now an alternative available in, up to 5.0kW rated capacities.

CEILING SUSPENDED CONSOLE SPLIT SYSTEMS

Very similar to the floor standing type but suspended against the wall under the ceiling, this type of installation improves air distribution by circulating the conditioned air high across the room.

Controlled by remote infra-red controller the system is available in reverse cycle heat. Capacity ranges available: 5.8kW to 11.2kW rated capacities.

COMPACT CEILING CASSETTE SPLIT SYSTEMS

Ideal for open plan areas, very quiet due to being able to centrally install the cassette in the room ceiling and distributing the air flow in four, three or two directions (depending on building constraints).
Attractively styled and suited to applications where access to an external wall is not available makes the cassette a highly recommended and widely used system.
All connections, including water condensate pass out through the ceiling space to the eaves and down to the outside section.

Available in reverse cycle heat. 2.5kW to 6.0kW rated capacities. (Available in Single Phase ‘Inverter’ Models). 5kW to 14kW rated capacities. (Available in Single & Three Phase Models)
