CONCEALED IN-CEILING DUCTED SPLIT SYSTEMS
The best and only system to give an even air distribution to multiple rooms by delivering conditioned air from a fan coil unit suspended in the ceiling space through ductwork designed for the application to air outlet grilles installed in the ceiling of each area.
Each system is designed for the individual application and can include on/off zoning control of given areas, the most basic types is day areas on – night areas off and vice versa. VAV zoning systerms which give individual zone temperature and on/off control in any combination are also available.
Generally available from 8.0kW to 18kW in residential applications. Commonly reverse cycle heating but also available in cooling only.
Electrical power supply availability is a critical factor in the design and cost of a ducted systems of up to 15.0kW. Single-phase Inverter Systems with capacities up to approximately 16kW are now the most popular, giving low operation costs at low initial capital cost.
ROOFTOP PACKAGE/FLOOR STANDING PACKAGED SYSTEMS
Generally used for commercial installations, these packaged units are generally complete and ready to operate when coupled to air distribution ductwork and due to their rooftop or plantroom locations these systems are generally not seen or heard.
Capacities range from 15.0kW to 90+kW. Available in cooling only and reverse cycle heat or cooling and electric heat. We serve Baillina, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Alstonville and surrounding Northern NSW suburbs.
